Museum of contemporary art san diego - Mcasd
san diego, CA
Set against the California coast, this was designed to feel relaxed, refined, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Instead of leaning into traditional nautical details, we took a quieter approach—drawing inspiration from the colors and textures of the ocean, native landscaping, and the clean lines of contemporary coastal architecture. A palette of layered earth tones, olive greens, and natural stone created a look that felt timeless without being overly themed. Every design choice was made to complement the venue rather than compete with it, allowing the ocean views to take center stage. The result was a coastal wedding that felt effortless, personal, and unmistakably Southern California.
