Yes, we do. While Jasper & Lane is based in San Diego, we frequently plan weddings throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and other surrounding areas. Travel is never an issue—our planning can be adapted to your location.
For weddings outside of San Diego County that require overnight stays, travel and accommodations will be included in your proposal so you’ll always have clarity around what’s needed to support your event. Whether your venue is a few hours away or part of a multi-day wedding weekend, we ensure a seamless planning experience from start to finish.
We approach pricing with the same intentionality as we approach planning: customized, thoughtful, and built around your priorities. Each of our planning experiences starts at a defined minimum investment, which allows us to offer the high-touch guidance and design-forward execution our clients expect. For reference, Most couples we work with have wedding budgets that begin around $100K+, with flexible room depending on the level of service and guest count.
As your event evolves, so can your services. From welcome dinners and farewell brunches to elevated styling and wedding weekend curation, we offer à la carte options that layer seamlessly into your planning experience. If your event scope or budget crosses a certain threshold, we transition into a percentage-based model aligned with the overall production needs of your wedding.
Final payments are due 14 days prior to your event, and you’ll always know exactly what to expect—no surprises, just clarity and care.
