Custom Proposal - Option 2

This custom Design & Event Direction experience is for couples who have started planning but need professional support bringing the remaining pieces together. We provide budget guidance, source the remaining vendor team, and lead the creative and logistical direction of your celebration.

In addition to complete wedding-day management, this option includes planning and on-site direction for either your rehearsal or welcome dinner, or your farewell brunch. We step in immediately to create structure, guide decisions, manage the moving pieces, and ensure both events feel connected and intentional.

By the time your wedding comes together, it doesn’t feel assembled. It feels considered, cohesive, and entirely your own.

    • Guest flow planning in collaboration with the design vision

    Wedding Weekend Experience

    • Ceremony rehearsal planning + coordination

    • Coordination with family, wedding party, officiant

    • Additional event planning (choose between Welcome Party or Farewell Event)

    Wedding Day Leadership

    • Complete wedding day management

    • Timeline management and execution

    • Coordination of logistical vendors and collaboration with the creative production team

    • Guest management and vendor communication

    • Final styling and detail placement

    • Troubleshooting and contingency management

    • Weather contingency planning

    • Fully stocked emergency kit

    Thoughtful Finishing Touches

    • Personal item management throughout the day

    • Secure collection and safekeeping of personal belongings following the celebration

A custom planning and design experience that extends beyond the wedding day to include support for one additional celebration. Choose planning and on-site direction for either your rehearsal or welcome dinner, or your farewell brunch. This option includes budget guidance, remaining vendor sourcing, design direction, logistical planning, and event-day management. Wedding Party Concierge service, continental breakfast, and Beauty and Styling support with a self-care gift are not included in this experience

Investment for Design & Event Direction: $12,000

A 25% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance structured into installments leading up to your wedding.
