We step in early to guide decisions, refine what doesn’t belong, and lead the overall direction of the wedding so nothing feels disconnected along the way.

Investment

Flat Fee for Design & Event Direction
$9,500

This proposal has been customized for your wedding and includes planning, design direction, event management, and an expanded on-site team to support the scale and logistics of your celebration. Final staffing recommendations may be adjusted if the guest count, timeline, or scope of services changes.

A 25% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance divided into convenient installments leading up to your wedding.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

I design and direct weddings shaped by atmosphere, emotion, and intentional form—with clear vision and strong creative leadership.

Couples come to me for a clear point of view. They stay because they feel fully supported.

I listen closely. I catch what others miss. I lead every step with calm precision so you can stay present throughout the planning process.

As your Creative & Planning Director, I lead the planning process, creative direction, and overall production strategy from the beginning of our work together through wedding weekend. My role is to guide the vision, manage the complexity, and ensure everything feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably yours.

For celebrations of this scale, I intentionally build a dedicated planning team. As we approach your wedding, you'll be introduced to your Event Lead Planner, who will become familiar with every detail of your celebration before wedding weekend. Together with a team of event assistants, we work in tandem to ensure every element is executed seamlessly while I remain focused on the overall vision and production.
